Specialized in Banking and Insurance law.

He has had the opportunity to get to know and work with a great variety of structured and complex products of the financial market, not only the national bank market (Banco Santander, Bankia, Liberbank, CX, etc), but also with the European Union, such as Landsbanki Islands, Kaupthing Bank, etc.

In insurance has an ample professional experience, having taken many claiming for slowness in paying, compensations and breach both contractual and non-contractual.

Counts with experience in administrative procedures, in the Tribunals on Economics, in the General Treasury of Social Security, and in the order of the Military Jurisdiction.

Since the beginning his professional activity has been connected to Banking- Financial Law and Insurance, being part of some great specialized offices, such as the team where Arriaga Asociados was born as one of the first reference office in claiming for preferred participations, or Silva e Sousa, Sevilla, Espar and De La Serna Abogados (nowadays IBERJURIS), with which maintains a close relationship of collaboration.

A first phase of his professional life was close to the State Administration, what makes him familiar with the system not only the study knowledge, but because he have lived it from the inside, thing that makes him distinguish in that field.

Bachelor’s Degree in Law in the Universidad Francisco Vitoria (Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid).

Completed his legal education with the Master in Legal Practice and Business in the same university, what gave him access to the business world. Later he studied the Legal Practice Master in CEIJ (Centro de Estudios e Investigaciones Jurídicas), recognized by the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid, where he trains to take cases in topics as Urbanism, Market, Fiscal, Tributary, Labor, Successions, Family, Penal, Executive Procedures, etc.

In his belief that a lawyer should not stop developing, he has attended to many courses, conferences and training events in the CNMV, CNMC, ICAM, and many universities and study centers.
